Resumo

Abstract: This present work intends to make a critical reading of the marks of ancestrally in the Portuguese Language Contemporary African Narratives, trying to pick up where the authors point to presence of structural issues which refer to the ancestors in the fictional space. So, the corpus of this present study is composed by works of writers from Guinea Bissau, Mozambique and Angola. The theorist support is based on studies about memory, about oral proceedings, Literary theory and anthropology. This research is now trying – and this does not finish in this article – to search the signs that came from the cultural substrates which contribute to the construction of a very clear the traces of African-ness and brasility.
