Educação, moldando o caráter da nação. De artífices a profissionais: formação e geração de mão de obra no estado do ES

Resumo

Este artigo pretende trazer reflexões sobre o momento político econômico da implantação e evolução das Escolas de Aprendizes em Institutos Federais no Espírito Santo; comentar razões citadas na história para a estrutura então adotada e forma de sobrevivência a priori. Em um momento posterior comentaremos a herança e orgulho da marca que influenciou e influencia gerações. Na conclusão serão feitas considerações sobre a força versus a vulnerabilidade da marca e do ideal na atualidade.

Abstract: This article intends to bring reflections on the current political and economic developments in the implementation of Learning in Schools Federal Institutes in the Espírito Santo commenting reasons cited in the story to the structure and then adopted a priori way to survive.
