REFLEXÕES SOBRE AS POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS DE CULTURA NO ESPÍRITO SANTO ENTRE 2004 E 2014
Abstract
Este trabalho visa fazer colocações que levem à reflexão sobre a relação da Política Pública no Estado do Espírito Santo com as Artes e a Cultura em geral, no período considerado. Tem sua linha mestra focada no tripé formado pelo “poder”,na figura do Estado,pela “gestão”, representada pelas ações de governo e pelos “instrumentos de governo” compostos pelos Editais e os Equipamentos, no caso, o Cais das Artes.References
