ATENDIMENTO EDUCACIONAL ESPECIALIZADO: UMA ANÁLISE SOBRE PESQUISA EM UNIVERSIDADES BRASILEIRAS (2002-2012)

Resumen

O objetivo desta reflexão é apresentar uma análise acerca da pesquisa desenvolvida na pós-graduação stricto sensu sobre o atendimento educacional especializado no país, estabelecendo um paralelo com o cenário da política educacional e as alterações relativas à educação especial, por meio da análise documental de teses e dissertações produzidas entre os anos de 2002 e 2012. De abordagem qualitativa, o estudo foi realizado dando prioridade ao levantamento bibliográfico efetuado no Portal de Teses e Dissertações da CAPES. Analisando os 77 trabalhos selecionados, percebe-se que houve um crescimento acentuado na produção de pesquisas durante os anos de 2010 e 2011, possível reflexo de fatores políticos, como a aprovação da Política Nacional de Educação Especial na Perspectiva da Educação Inclusiva, de 2008, e da Resolução 04/2009 CNE-CEB. Os resultados colocam em evidência as possíveis relações entre políticas públicas e a pesquisa acadêmica, além de explicitarem a desigualdade da distribuição geográfica das investigações. Os dados apontam para a importância de se estimular o desenvolvimento da pesquisa sobre o atendimento educacional especializado nas diferentes regiões do país, visando à construção e expansão de conhecimentos referentes à temática.

ABSTRACT

This paper aims at presenting an analysis on a research developed in stricto sensu post-graduation about specialized educational service in the country, establishing a parallel with the educational policies scenario and the modifications concerning special education, by means of a document analysis of thesis and dissertations produced between the years of 2002 an 2012. With qualitative approach, the study was done prioritizing the bibliographic collection on the CAPES Portal of Thesis and Dissertations. Analyzing the 77 selected papers, it’s noticeable that there has been an accentuated growth in the production of researches during the years of 2010 and 2011, possible reflection of political factors, such as the approval of the Special Education in the Perspective of Inclusive Education National Policy, in 2008, and of the Resolution 04/2001 CNE-CEB. The results highlight the possible relationship between public policies and academic research, in addition to evidencing the inequality in the geographic distribution of the investigations. The data points to the importance of stimulating the development of research about specialized educational service at different regions of the country, aiming at constructing and expanding the knowledge regarding the topic.
