Introduction: There is no consensus in the academic literature regarding the factors that may influence the adhesion of glass fiber posts to root dentin. Objectives: To evaluate the influence of different endodontic sealers on the bond strength (BS) of glass fiber posts cemented with two resin cements, conventional and self-adhesive. Methods: Eighty bovine incisors were endodontically treated and divided into four groups (n=20), according to the sealer used: zinc oxide and eugenol - Endofill (Group I); resin-based - AH Plus (Group II); MTA-based - Fillapex (Group III); and gutta-percha only (control). Subsequently, 10 specimens from each group received posts cemented with conventional resin cement (Relyx ARC), and 10 with self-adhesive resin cement (Relyx U200). The specimens were submitted to the push-out test. Data were analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis and chi-square tests (p < 0.05). Results: A significant difference was observed for Group 1A (Relyx-Endofill) (p = 0.043). No significant differences were found among root thirds for any cement used (p > 0.05). Fractures were mainly adhesive cement-dentin. Conclusion: Endofill interfered with the BS of posts cemented with Relyx ARC. The endodontic sealers did not influence the BS of posts cemented with Relyx U200.
