POTENCIAL DO USO IMAGENS DIGITAIS NA CARACTERIZAÇÃO FENOTÍPICA DE PROGÊNIES DE MARACUJAZEIRO AZEDO
Resumo
Um gargalo para o melhoramento de plantas é a necessidade de avaliar um elevado número de plantas, a fim de encontrar combinações alélicas favoráveis. A fenotipagem de alto rendimento, com uso de plataformas e processamento de imagens, permite a caracterização, rápida, precisa e de baixo custo de um elevado número de acessos. Assim, o objetivo deste trabalho foi verificar o potencial de imagens digitais RGB na caracterização de progênies de maracujazeiro azedo. Imagens de cinco progênies de maracujazeiro azedo (natureza hibrida, polinização aberta e autofecundação) foram obtidas a partir do sensor CMOS, de 16 megapixels e processadas para obtenção dos valores digitais das bandas RGB, e cálculo dos índices de vegetação para caracterização das progênies. Foi realizada uma análise descritiva nos dados e a análise componentes principais foi empregada para discriminação das progênies. Os valores digitais e os índices foram eficientes na caracterização das progênies. Uma progênie híbrida (HS2) foi a que mais se distinguiu de todas as progênies avaliadas.Downloads
