For a genealogy of the (dis)agreements between Geography and the urban
Abstract
referenced in the theoretical and methodological propositions on genealogy developed by Nietzsche and renewed by Michel Foucault, the author proposes to consider the agreements and disagreements between Geography and the urban based on the efective knowledge about the real, about the history’s movement in which the dialectic of possibles is unfolded. This proposition dispenses, as a refusal (in a perspective of overcoming), a history of the so called geographical thinking about urbanization such as conventionally practiced, referenced in contexts of epistemological tradition.
