Abstract

Resumo:

Sartre sem dúvida foi um dos maiores expoentes da filosofia contemporânea e um dos maiores críticos do século XX, seu pensamento sempre voltado a discutir a noção de liberdade, não raras vezes, encontrou forte oposição mesmo de seus amigos mais próximos. Desse modo, o presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar criticamente o conceito de imagem e sua relação com a percepção em Sartre, e contrapô-lo a noção de experiência em Hegel. Aparentemente tais conceitos nada têm a ver com a sua noção de liberdade, mas a tarefa aqui é demonstrar que a noção de liberdade está no embrião de sua filosofia. A crítica proposta nesse artigo, assim, se dirige a certas insuficiências teóricas no pensamento sartriano se lido através da lupa hegeliana. Insuficiências que estão ligadas ao seu percurso teórico e crítico e que só podem ser captadas se, se lançar mão da leitura dogmática abandonando as crenças e filiações, e optando por algo que Sartre fazia muito bem, a saber: o exercício crítico.

Douglas Rodrigues Barros, Universidade Federal de São Paulo (Unifesp)

Possui graduação em Filosofia pela Universidade Federal de São Paulo (2012). É mestre em Estética e Filosofia da arte (2015) pela mesma universidade. Tem experiência em Filosofia, com ênfase em Ética, Estética e Filosofia política, investigando principalmente a filosofia alemã e suas principais contribuições teóricas no campo da arte e política, atua nos seguintes temas: estética, literatura e filosofia política.
