Considerações Acerca da Verdade na Hermenêutica Filosófica de Hans G. Gadamer

Esse texto terá por objetivo analisar e discutir a concepção de verdade (aletheia) na hermenêutica filosófica de Hans Georg Gadamer (1900-2002). Para tanto discutiremos e criticaremos com Gadamer o paradigma metodológico da modernidade, que estabeleceu o método como única via legítima de reivindicação da verdade. Logo após, esboçaremos uma reconstrução histórico-conceitual da própria hermenêutica, observando como a sua evolução partiu de uma perspectiva metodológica com Schleiermacher e Dilthey e culminou em uma hermenêutica da existência, com Heidegger. Essa discussão acerca da hermenêutica nos será muito útil, pois servirá como ferramenta para as críticas erigidas contra a modernidade. Por fim, após liberar a verdade de suas amarras metodológicas, discutiremos a relação entre a verdade e a arte tal como Gadamer a concebe. Faremos isso recorrendo a Heidegger, mestre e principal influência de Gadamer.
