Da lei à transgressão:A ética da psicanálise revista em Antígona e n’A Filosofia na alcova

A tradição filosófica sempre trouxe para o exame da ética as questões concernentes à lei como antagônica ao desejo, cuja característica, normalmente, visa distinguir o geral do particular. Nesse sentido, o presente trabalho procura fazer uma análise de questões da ética da psicanálise a partir do contraste de estudos feitos por J. Lacan acerca da peça Antígona, de Sófocles, e da obra A Filosofia na alcova, do aristocrata francês M. de Sade. Desse modo, através do contraste dessas duas obras, buscamos elucidar como a ação de quebra de limites das personagens nas respectivas obras embasam uma ética do desejo. Logo, traremos para o estudo em questão o pensamento de Aristóteles e Kant, cujas filosofias procuram meios de se pensar o sujeito e sua relação com a lei em épocas distintas; adiante, por um outro caminho, a psicanálise visa ressaltar o viés do desejo, fundado na relação do princípio do prazer com a lei.Downloads
