Contribuições da Retórica para o Ensino de Filosofia

Este artigo parte da premissa de que a Retórica de Aristóteles contém ensinamentos de grande valia para as práticas docentes, especialmente aquelas dos professores de filosofia. Investe numa exposição resumida e ilustrada do conteúdo dos seus três livros, buscando estimular uma leitura séria e paciente do texto original. Têm especial atenção as noções de pistis, entendida em escopo mais amplo que o da persuasão argumentativa, e de topos, repensado como espécie de relevo discursivo definidor de caminhos e lugares-comuns capazes de sustentar discursos convincentes, dignos de atenção.
