A eficiência das políticas públicas raciais a partir do pensamento de Ronald Dworkin

Os modelos de ações afirmativas são um tipo de políticas públicas de cunho racial que visam, grosso modo, a promoção da diversidade e da distribuição de renda entre as camadas sociais para reduzir ou equilibrar questões de igualdade. Inserido nessa dinâmica social contemporânea, o objetivo central deste paper é analisar se o modelo de ação afirmativa, enquanto desdobramento da teoria liberal igualitária de Ronald Dworkin consegue ser uma política pública executável e eficiente. Para o primeiro momento, discutiremos a possibilidade da teoria de Dworkin oferecer justificação teórica suficiente para o que ele chama de policies, na qual o modelo de ação afirmativa está incluído. Para o segundo, analisaremos a aplicabilidade destes modelos, bem como sua eficiência.
