Análise bibliométrica sobre a integração da Logística de Última Milha com a Indústria 4.0

A Logística de Última Milha (LUM) consiste na etapa final de um serviço Business to Consumer (B2C), transportando as mercadorias para os clientes almejados. Alguns desafios do processo logístico podem ser superados com o uso de ferramentas e tecnologias da Indústria 4.0. Este artigo tem como objetivo identificar, via análise bibliométrica, a produção científica que vincula a LUM e a Indústria 4.0 no período de 2021 a 2025, verificando os autores, as redes de colaboração e tendências de temas de pesquisa emergentes. Para tanto, foi empregada a explicação científica hipotético-dedutiva, a abordagem de pesquisa mista qualitativa e quantitativa e o procedimento análise bibliométrica, com uso do software VOSviewer. A investigação utilizou a base de dados ScienceDirect. Foi verificado o padrão de publicação no horizonte de tempo analisado, utilizando técnicas de associação de termos e análise de cluster. Os resultados indicam que a maioria das pesquisas associadas à IoT, big data e veículos autônomos é dedicada à LUM. Isso sugere a importância dessa tecnologia em relação à otimização das entregas. Esta pesquisa apresenta o cenário científico e fornece subsídios para a proposição de modelos teórico-conceituais e soluções práticas na área de logística.
