However, the peripheries still concentrates territorial criminals who impose their logics of organization and their relations of power that are part of the daily life of the metropolis. The purpose of this article is to describe in an analytical way the origin and territorial organization of the narcomilices from the periphery of Belém. The research methodology was analysis of bibliographies and documents such as the CPI report of the militias, in addition, field surveys were conducted with interviews and systematic observations. The research results point to the existence of narcomilices that overlap their territories over existing ones, generating conflicts that spread fear and urban insecurity.
