Abstract

O trabalho trata-se de uma proposta de atividade investigativa sobre o tema energia dos alimentos para as aulas de Biologia do ensino médio, tendo como objetivo investigar a quantidade de energia (em calorias) fornecida por diferentes alimentos, identificando a diferença energética entre carboidratos, lipídeos e proteínas. Apresenta metodologia detalhada e informações sobre como explorar a atividade numa abordagem investigativa. Como fatores positivos observamos a interdisciplinaridade, o incentivo a pesquisa e leitura, e as possíveis reflexões que extrapolam o conteúdo curricular.
