Haitianos no Brasil: do ingresso pela Amazônia à inserção precarizada

O artigo sintetiza os resultados parciais de pesquisa realizada no contexto da Amazônia brasileira, especialmente na região da Amazônia Sul Ocidental (Estado do Acre), a principal porta de entrada de imigrantes haitianos no país, no período de 2010 a 2015. Por considerar que o caso lança luz sobre o contexto do trabalho e das migrações no Brasil e no mundo contemporâneo, o objetivo é a apresentação da experiência de campo acumulada desde o momento inicial de acompanhamento desse processo, para posteriormente discutir, com base no acervo de referências empíricas e teóricas da sociologia crítica do trabalho, o panorama de inserção desses imigrantes no mercado laboral brasileiro.
