Mobilidade do capital, migrações e Política Social: elementos para o debate

De início concordamos com a autora quanto à complexidade do tema das migrações e destacamos que a intensidade dos fluxos migratórios na contemporaneidade extrapola os limites de uma tragédia humanitária – que ela, na sua forma fenomênica, o é -, configurando-se numa verdadeira tragédia societária. A precarização da força de trabalho – seja ela migrante ou não -, não encontra retaguarda nas políticas sociais, especialmente na quadra neoliberal[1] e é mesmo agravada diante do recrudescimento dos processos migratórios em todo o planeta. A velocidade desses processos se faz acompanhar, e não poderia ser diferente na sociedade do capital, de uma proporcional degradação das condições de vida e trabalho de trabalhadores e trabalhadoras que, além de sua intrínseca exploração sob o capitalismo, encontram-se agora submetidos a novas e acentuadas formas de precarização a partir das últimas décadas do século XX e início do século XXI.
