Public Fund and Regional Development in Brazil: elements for debate in the context of the New Fiscal Framework

Este trabalho realiza um diálogo com os textos dos professores Evilário Salvador (UnB) (2024) e Osmar Gomes de Alencar Júnior (UFDPAR) (2024) na seção Debates deste periódico, Argumentum, sobre fundo público e o novo arcabouço fiscal (NAF, lei complementar nº 200/2023). Além do diálogo em si, que trata do novo arcabouço fiscal em tempos de capitalismo em crise, são apresentados elementos que busquem relacionar com o desenvolvimento regional no Brasil, tendo em vista as elevadas disparidades existentes entre as regiões em nosso país, bem como à Política Nacional de Desenvolvimento Regional (PNDR).
