Comportamento pró-ambiental e coleta seletiva sob a Teoria do Comportamento Planejado: uma revisão da literatura

A emergência climática e a crescente produção de resíduos sólidos urbanos colocam a promoção do comportamento pró-ambiental como prioridade das agendas globais. Nesse contexto, o presente artigo teve como objetivo revisar criticamente a literatura recente sobre os determinantes do comportamento pró-ambiental relacionado à coleta seletiva, com base na Teoria do Comportamento Planejado (TCP). Foi realizada uma revisão narrativa a partir da análise de 32 artigos empíricos publicados entre 2020 e 2025, selecionados nas bases Web of Science e Scopus. Os resultados evidenciam que fatores psicossociais (atitudes, normas, controle percebido), emocionais (culpa, orgulho) e identitários (identidade ecológica) influenciam a intenção e o comportamento de separação de resíduos. Aspectos estruturais como infraestrutura, conveniência e suporte institucional também foram identificados como críticos. Conclui-se que a coleta seletiva é um fenômeno multidimensional, e sua promoção exige políticas públicas integrativas que articulem educação ambiental, incentivos, tecnologias acessíveis e campanhas de comunicação. O estudo recomenda ainda o avanço das investigações com foco em comportamento real, recortes longitudinais e maior diversidade geográfica.
