Um panorama do papel das ferramentas clássicas da qualidade na indústria 4.0 por meio de indicadores bibliométricos

Abstract

Com a transição para a Gestão da Qualidade 4.0, surge o questionamento sobre papel desempenhado das ferramentas clássicas da qualidade, utilizadas desde o século XX. Para verificar essa indagação, foi realizado um estudo de análise bibliométrica com artigos que apresentavam aplicações das ferramentas clássicas da qualidade em conjunto com os pilares da Indústria 4.0, publicados na base Web of Science. Com o auxílio do software VOSviewer, foram gerados indicadores bibliométricos, onde foram alisados. Os resultados demonstraram que a estratificação, os histogramas e as cartas de controle foram utilizados principalmente em conjunto com big data, simulação e robótica. Concluiu-se que, na prática, estas ferramentas da qualidade são utilizadas pelas Indústrias 4.0 em meio a um grande fluxo de dados, adquirindo novas aplicações além do monitoramento de processos e sendo empregadas em outras aplicações industriais não tradicionais. Assim, este estudo indica que ainda existem lacunas de pesquisa a serem exploradas para garantir a integração efetiva das ferramentas da qualidade com o ambiente tecnológico, principalmente com as ferramentas de digrama de Pareto, diagrama de causa e efeito e o diagrama de dispersão.
