EDITORIAL

Relations between public organizations and people are increasingly complex, and this can be attributed to the existence of a large number of dimensions and variables that surround this important area of administration. For this reason, this special edition will address in an interdisciplinary way themes on Public Management related to Policy, Planning and Public Governance, Technology, Innovation and Operations.

We invite authors to contribute to the literature of this important area and, at various levels of analysis or thought, namely, organizational, institutional, managerial or field. Thus, we intend to be inclusive and connect scholars and researchers interested in deepening the debate around management issues and public organizations, in the form of works that involve analysis of the state of the art, proposals for approaches, models, techniques, among other contributions.

Let's always move forward, building paths and sowing knowledge.
