Abstract

This article intends to present and problematize education from a critical perspective in contrast to the neoliberal approach, relating the role of psychopedagogy on the structuring of the environment, between school, society, students and professionals. The present work is carried out through bibliographical research, of a qualitative nature and of the state of the art, structured by the conception of historical-dialectical materialism when presenting the nuances regarding historical-critical pedagogy and the work of the psychopedagogue when considering the environment in which it takes place. includes the student who has learning difficulties. We end the text by referring to Law No. 13,935/2019, which determines multidisciplinary and multidisciplinary action in the Brazilian public basic education network, seeking to strengthen the teaching-learning process through the political-pedagogical project established in schools.
