Os impactos da violência vivenciada na gestação na saúde da mulher: uma revisão sistemática

Resumo

Introdução: A violência é um fenômeno complexo e multifatorial que atinge a mulher em qualquer ciclo de sua vida. Quando ocorre durante a gravidez o risco aumenta consideravelmente, sendo ainda mais preocupante. Objetivo: Identificar os impactos da violência durante a gestação para a saúde da mulher através de uma revisão sistemática. Métodos: O levantamento bibliográfico foi realizado em outubro de 2019 usando as bases de dados: MEDLINE, LILACS, BDENF e WEB OF SCIENCE. Os critérios de inclusão foram artigos epidemiológicos do tipo analítico, publicados em inglês, português e espanhol. Foram encontrados 8.483 artigos e após exclusão de duplicatas 7.627 títulos foram examinados. Realizada a análise de títulos, resumos e artigos na íntegra, 48 estudos foram incluídos na revisão. Resultados: Os artigos selecionados foram publicados entre 2002 e 2019. A maior parte das pesquisas foi realizada em serviços de saúde, seguido do domicílio. Em relação aos impactos encontrados podem-se categorizar os resultados em três grupos: saúde mental, com os sintomas depressivos e depressão pós-parto, gineco-obstétricos, com a interrupção precoce de amamentação exclusiva e parto prematuro, e, impactos comportamentais e risco de morte. Conclusão: A violência durante a gravidez pode ser responsável por diversos desfechos negativos para a saúde da mulher sendo importante rastreá-la a fim de minimizar seus impactos, não apenas para a mulher, mas com reflexos a criança e família.
