Complaint and Appeal Process
The RBPS maintains a transparent and accessible mechanism for addressing complaints and appeals, offering authors and readers a robust channel to voice concerns or queries.
- Right to appeal: Authors who disagree with an editorial decision may formally appeal by providing detailed justifications. Appeals are reviewed by an independent editor, and a response is provided within 30 days.
- Complaint handling: Complaints regarding editorial conduct, journal content, or editorial team members may be submitted to the Editor-in-Chief, who will impartially review each case and provide a detailed response.
- Decision clarification: The Editorial Board is committed to offering clear and substantiated explanations for all decisions, fostering constructive and transparent communication.
