Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit articles for this journal. All submissions will be reviewed by an editor to determine whether they meet the publication’s objectives and scope. Articles deemed appropriate will be submitted for peer review before a decision is made on their acceptance or rejection.

Before submitting an article, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included in the submission, such as photos, documents, and datasets. All authors identified in the submission must consent to be identified as authors. Where appropriate, research must be approved by a competent ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the country where the study is conducted.

An editor may summarily reject a submitted article if it does not meet minimum quality standards. Before submitting your paper, ensure that the study design and research argument are properly structured and articulated. The title should be concise and the abstract should be self-sufficient. This will increase the likelihood that reviewers agree to review the article. When you are satisfied that your article meets these standards, follow the checklist below to prepare it.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This article meets the requirements described in the Guidelines for Authors.
  • This article has not been published previously, nor is it being reviewed by another journal.
  • All references have been verified for accuracy and integrity.
  • All tables and figures were numbered and identified.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, data sets and other materials provided with this submission.

Due to the appearance of a publicly accessible journal, these articles are for free use, with their own assignments, in educational applications, professional practice and public management.
