Estado, mercado e hegemonia burguesa na política urbana brasileira

O artigo tem como objetivo central discutir os interesses da indústria da construção civil na condução da política urbana brasileira e na consolidação da hegemonia burguesa nos governos Lula e Dilma (2003-2014). Através de pesquisa documental, identifica os mecanismos e estratégias utilizados pelo capital, e apresenta a incorporação dos interesses de suas diferentes frações junto ao Estado. Conclui-se que a construção civil foi capaz de determinar os rumos da política urbana brasileira, com prioridade para os programas desta área implementados nos governos petistas, especialmente o Programa Minha Casa Minha Vida (PMCMV), tornando-se protagonista no pacto de classes calcado na ideologia neodesenvolvimetista.
