Paradoxos do trabalho no capitalismo contemporâneo

O direito ao trabalho experimentado pela classe trabalhadora se torna problemático quando o mesmo aparece atrelado aos mecanismos de precarização do trabalho decorrentes da lógica capitalista, no qual o mesmo se vê aprisionado pelos artifícios do modo capitalista de produção. Neste artigo, de reflexão teórica, trataremos de demonstrar como a liberdade prometida pelo trabalho na sociedade contemporânea e sua garantia como um direito, por si só, não encerra a questão, da produção de singularização e autonomia dos trabalhadores, pois, além de um meio de sustento ele é também um meio de existência, que se deseja livre dos exercícios de dominação e exploração capitalistas, encobertos por racionalidades tecnológicas. Ou seja, se a garantia de trabalho não vier pautada dentro de uma proposta mais humanizadora para o sujeito trabalhador, então, não poderemos levantar a bandeira da dignidade humana.
