Os movimentos sociais e a questão ambiental na perspectiva de Enrique Dussel

O propósito deste artigo é discorrer sobre a relevância dos movimentos sociais e da questão ambiental na perspectiva do filósofo argentino Enrique Dussel, que possui inegável contribuição ao pensamento crítico e às lutas sociais na América Latina (AL). Dussel parte do “princípio material da política”, ou seja, da ação política que se define nas relações sociais capitalistas de exploração e alienação (estranhamento) do ser humano e da natureza. Temos clareza que Dussel, não sendo um ambientalista, postula um referencial teórico que parte de situações concretas e da indissociação sociedade-natureza, apontando como os sujeitos expropriados (vítimas) deste sistema-mundo moderno colonial e condicionados pelo padrão de acumulação na AL estão envolvidos com as lutas anticapitalistas tendo como horizonte a libertação de um modelo eurocêntrico e excludente.
