“Trabalhadora não é o feminino de trabalhador": superexploração sobre o trabalho das mulheres

O presente trabalho apresentará o debate sobre as categorias relações sociais de sexo, patriarcado e divisão sexual do trabalho, com o objetivo de compreender os impactos da desigualdade entre os sexos na relação capital-trabalho sobre as mulheres trabalhadoras, bem como a impossibilidade da emancipação feminina na sociedade capitalista. Para tanto, realizamos uma pesquisa bibliográfica sobre a dominação/exploração da mulher no marco das relações sociais do modo de produção patriarcal-racista-capitalista com base na perspectiva marxista-feminista.
