Financeirização e criminalização da pobreza: ênfases do desenvolvimento na crise do capital

O artigo reflete sobre a concepção de “desenvolvimento” como qualificação da noção de desenvolvimento elaborada no pós II Guerra - e seu necessário esgotamento a partir do aprofundamento da crise capitalista e dos limites de extração de valor em final do século XX. Este processo incide, obrigatoriamente, na refuncionalização das ações estatais, no perfil das políticas públicas, acentuando o controle e a criminalização sobre os pobres. Nossa argumentação considera que tal cenário expressa a agudização de preceitos presentes na origem dessa formação social em contexto de crise estrutural.
