A lo largo de su ciclo vital todas las personas requieren de algún tipo de cuidado, ya sea por enfermedad, por vejez o por condiciones asociadas a la carga laboral y el estrés. En muchas oportunidades las necesidades de los individuos sobrepasan la capacidad de sus familias para afrontarlas. Es por ello que las políticas de cuidado son componentes importantes de las políticas sociales de cualquier Estado. Este mismo proceso de verifica en la realidad cubana, complejizándose como resultado del acelerado envejecimiento poblacional y otras características propias del empleo en el país. 2. AUTHOR warrants to be the writer and copyright holder of the WORK submitted.
3. AUTHOR declares that the WORK does not infringe the rights of third-parties; that the distribution of images (if existent) was authorized; and that AUTHOR assumes total moral and property responsibility for their content.
4.
