Interprofissionalidade e prática colaborativa no âmbito da Atenção Primária em Saúde / Interprofessionality and collaborative practice in Primary Healthcare

Autonomia, comunicação e barreiras são dimensões presentes no trabalho interprofissional e na prática colaborativa em saúde. Na visão dos profissionais de saúde participantes de estudo, a autonomia está relacionada à gestão e organização de serviços, à autonomia de uma categoria profissional em relação à outra e aos pacientes em relação ao próprio tratamento; enquanto a comunicação foi enfatizada como um instrumento de mediação entre o usuário e o profissional da saúde e entre os próprios profissionais; como uma prática educacional; e como uma expressão de cuidado. As barreiras apontadas se relacionavam à distribuição de atribuições, rotinas e intervalos para visitas de agendamento e à imigração. A análise dos dados revelou a coexistência de diferentes entendimentos sobre o que se entende por autonomia, comunicação e barreiras no trabalho em saúde.
