PDES 2025: naturalização e gestão da barbárie no Espírito Santo

Abstract

Este artigo apresenta as principais conclusões da pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, acerca da meta de erradicar a pobreza até 2025, constituinte do Plano de Desenvolvimento Espírito Santo 2025. Argumenta-se que essa é construída sob o marco dos fundamentos teórico e metodológico da internacionalização do combate à pobreza,
transpondo-se para o território estadual o discurso hegemônico de erradicação da pobreza nos marcos do capitalismo, sendo funcional à naturalização e gestão da barbárie característica da contemporaneidade.

Docente do curso de Serviço Social da Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto. Doutoranda no Programa de Pós-Graduação da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. Mestra pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Política Social da Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo. Graduada em Serviço Social pela Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo. Tem experiência na área de Serviço Social. Atualmente tem se dedicado aos temas: crítica da economia política, questão ambiental, pobreza, liberdade e barbárie.
