O Conselho Municipal de Saúde de Londrina: um campo relacional de disputas

Este artigo visa discutir o Conselho Municipal de Saúde de Londrina-PR como campo relacional de disputas entre os conselheiros, buscando compreender as relações e mecanismos de dominação existentes e como esses interferem no exercício do controle social. Escolheu-se a perspectiva teórica do sociólogo Pierre Bourdieu, denominado conhecimento praxeológico, por ser pertinente à compreensão da dimensão relacional, que envolve as relações de poder. A coleta de dados consistiu em observações sistemáticas das reuniões, levantamento documental e entrevistas com conselheiros. A análise da dimensão relacional do CMSL apontou que a efetivação do controle social não depende apenas da representação política e da mobilização da sociedade, mas das relações de forças determinadas pelas constantes disputas de interesses dos segmentos representados.
