La política previsional argentina 2003-2011: balances, desafíos e incógnitas sobre la protección

El objetivo del artículo es analizar la situación del sistema previsional argentino a fines del año 2011, tanto en lo que hace a su capacidad de brindar protección a la población adulta mayor, como en lo que respecta a la forma organizacional que asume su institucionalidad. Para ello, en el próximo apartado hacemos una breve presentación de las intervenciones desarrolladas entre 2003 y 2011, prestando especial atención a los aspectos organizacionales y propiamente protectorios que han sido alcanzados por las mismas. En el apartado tres, ofrecemos un panorama general de los resultados que en el plano de la protección ha tenido el proceso que reconstruimos previamente y, por último, en el cuarto apartado, presentamos algunos rasgos de lo que se denomina el “proceso de judicialización” previsional.
