The study aims to present the elaboration process of the evaluative methodology and the implementation indicators of the Consultório na Rua in the southern region of the country. The research, of a mixed nature, was structured through a documentary research to analyze the Program's regulations and a field research, in which we interviewed 42 workers, four coordinators and a representative of the National Population Movement of Road. Among the results are the 16 indicators chosen as essential for the evaluation. We conclude that, for the implementation of the objective in which the Program is proposed, it is necessary to have clarity of its operation. For this reason, alternative indicators are fundamental to capture in operational terms the particularities of the work carried out in health, as its performance in light of its objectives will depend on the operational structure implemented.
