Abstract

El proyecto común e inconcluso de Nuestra América es la asignatura pendiente fundamental de esta hora. Esta construcción es el hilo común que une pasado y presente, a más de doscientos años de iniciado este camino. Entonces era,  y sigue siendo, necesario inventar un proyecto cultural, ideológico,  económico-social, político-institucional, militar, civilizatorio de inspiración y contenido descolonizador, democrático, igualitario, emancipador que haga frente a las alternativas de subordinación y sometimiento que nos fueron impuestas  en estos dos siglos.
