Les modèles sociaux européens et américain confrontés à la crise

L'analyse des différentes trajectoires de modèles sociaux aux Etats-Unis et dans quatre pays européens (Danemark, Allemagne, France, Espagne) face à l'impact de la crise nous conduit à un double diagnostic: inflexions respectives des trajectoires initiales, voire éléments de rupture du modèle social d'origine, sous l'emprise croissante des normes de flexibilité, de liquidité et de limitation des dépenses publiques d'une part ; maintien d'une forte hétérogénéité entre les configurations nationales dans la façon dont s'appliquent ces normes, les formes institutionnelles qu'elles empruntent et les compromis sociaux sur lesquels elles s'appuient, d'autre part. La crise aura en outre particulièrement souligné les difficultés propres à la coordination européenne et à la construction d'un « modèle social européen » par rapport à l'espace « états-unien ».Downloads
