Bem-estar financeiro: mapeamento dos fatores determinantes

O bem-estar financeiro se tornou um elemento importante para indivíduos e famílias, bem como para governos e instituições devido às taxas de poupança em níveis recordes e planejamento financeiro de longo prazo considerado inadequado. Entender o que está associado ao bem-estar financeiro e como melhorá-lo, se torna um objetivo importante. Dessa forma, este artigo tem como objetivo realizar uma revisão sistemática da literatura, buscando identificar fatores que influenciam/determinam o bem-estar financeiro. Para tanto, seguiu-se os passos propostos por Donato e Donato (2019). Foram selecionados 40 artigos das bases Web of Science (WoS), Scopus, SciELO e Spell para a realização da análise. Os resultados apontaram para relações importantes entre o bem-estar financeiro e elementos representantes da alfabetização financeira, especificamente os comportamentos financeiros. Além disso, a inclusão financeira, socialização financeira, capacidade financeira, autoeficácia e felicidade são também considerados fatores determinantes.
