Mejores prácticas de monitoreo y control de riesgos en proyectos sociales: una revisión

La gestión de riesgos es fundamental para el éxito de los proyectos sociales, por lo que este estudio tuvo como objetivo identificar las mejores prácticas de monitoreo y control de riesgos (MCR) en proyectos sociales. Se realizó una revisión de la literatura para identificar las prácticas que representan los pilares de la gestión de riesgos sociales. La búsqueda se llevó a cabo en las bases de datos Web of Science, Scopus y Google Scholar. Después de aplicar métodos de filtrado, se seleccionaron 41 artículos para identificar los términos correspondientes a las prácticas de MCR. La revisión destacó que el riesgo social está asociado con la ocurrencia de consecuencias inciertas (positivas o negativas) derivadas de acciones planificadas o eventos que afectan las relaciones sociales y los valores colectivos, generando inestabilidad, conflictos o vulnerabilidades. El estudio proporcionó una comparación entre la gestión de un proyecto tradicional y un proyecto social. Se identificaron las ocho mejores prácticas de monitoreo y control de riesgos en proyectos sociales, destacando aquellas que se encontraron con mayor frecuencia en la literatura revisada. La conclusión de este trabajo trató de mostrar que este enfoque representa una contribución académica significativa, proporcionando una perspectiva más coherente y accesible sobre las mejores prácticas de monitoreo y control de riesgos en proyectos Sociales.
