Análise de um Fragmento da Literatura e Oportunidades de Pesquisa

Resumo

O artigo tem por objetivo analisar as características do campo de estudos relacionado à avaliação de desempenho de recursos humanos no setor público e suas oportunidades de pesquisa. Propõe uma revisão bibliométrica realizada com o auxílio do Knowledge Development Process-Constructivist (ProKnow-C). A análise bibliométrica das variáveis propostas a partir do Portfólio Bibliográfico (PB) aponta como principais achados: (i) a mudança de foco da medição para a gestão de desempenho; (ii) 21% dos trabalhos do PB não utilizaram teorias de base; (iii) destaque para domínio contextual psicológico da avaliação de desempenho; e (iv) foco nos estágios de desenho e implantação do ciclo de vida dos sistemas de avaliação de desempenho (SAD). A pesquisa contribui ao fornecer subsídios aos pesquisadores e gestores públicos sobre as oportunidades de pesquisa e evolução da avaliação de desempenho de recursos humanos no setor público.
