Itinerarios de Investigación en una Revisión Sistemática de la Literatura

Resumen

Los estudios sobre los sentidos del trabajo son fruto de una larga tradición y, a pesar del creciente interés por el tema, existe una laguna en la literatura en lo que respecta a estudios sistemáticos de revisión. Así, este artículo presenta una revisión, observando la estructura social e intelectual de las investigaciones, identificando las fronteras del conocimiento en la producción académica sobre los sentidos del trabajo y sugiriendo una agenda para la realización de nuevos estudios. Además de la cantidad de publicaciones, citas, principales revistas y áreas de investigación, los resultados indican que los sentidos pueden discutirse a partir de tres dominios: personal, profesional y social. Existen propuestas de investigación sugeridas por autores seminales que hasta ahora parecen inexploradas, lo que representa nuevas oportunidades de investigación. Algunos estudios presentan imprecisiones conceptuales sobre el fenómeno analizado. La ausencia de coherencia epistemológica, observada en algunos casos, parece ser el punto más delicado encontrado en esta revisión.
