Abrigo, prisão ou proteção? violência estatal contra crianças e adolescentes negros abrigados.

Este estudo almeja problematizar a relação existente entre os conceitos de abrigo, proteção, prisão, crianças e adolescentes e o Estado, assim como pretende evidenciar os significados dessas ideias nos marcos do capitalismo. Partimos do pressuposto de que o Estado é classista, racista e seletivo ao exercer seu papel. Os altos índices de acolhimentos no Brasil evidenciam essa violência programada. Para analisar esses processos adotamos como metodologia a revisão bibliográfica e análise documental. Concluímos que o Estado é o maior violador dos direitos sociais, sobretudo, de crianças e adolescentes negros abrigados nas regiões periféricas do Rio de Janeiro, tendo apoio do racismo e das determinações de gênero e classe social. Além disso, que o acolhimento provoca impactos negativos na subjetividade dos abrigados, deixando marcas inapagáveis, sendo fundamental enfrentar essa problemática.Downloads
