Health and well-being of nursing workers: a bibliometric study

Abstract

This article presents a bibliometric survey in the context of nursing. The objective is to find themes addressed in research on fatigue, as well as its relationship with well-being at work in the context of nursing occupation. The methodology adopted was a search in the CAPES Periodicals Portal database, with subsequent reading of the abstracts and selection of articles. From the selection of articles, a word cloud was generated that indicated the main themes addressed in the articles that meet the study theme. Therefore, in the evaluation of the articles, these results were taken into consideration for the approach, including in future studies.

    Possui graduação em Administração pela Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (2013), onde atuou como bolsista no Departamento de Recursos Humanos. Especialista em Gestão de Pessoas pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (2019). De 2016 a 2017, atuou como Administradora na Prefeitura Municipal de Fundão no Estado do Espírito Santo. Desde 2017, é Analista Administrativa - Administração (Administradora) pela Empresa Brasileira de Serviços Hospitalares (Ebserh), empresa pública federal responsável pela administração de mais de 40 hospitais universitários federais do Brasil. Presidiu a Comissão Permanente de Apuração das Infrações Administrativas (Cpaia) de 07/2019 a 10/2021.
