META-ANÁLISE E LEVANTAMENTO BIBLIOMÉTRICO SOBRE GESTÃO DA DEMANDA E COLABORAÇÃO NA CADEIA DE SUPRIMENTOS DA USINA SUCROENERGÉTICA
Abstract
A gestão da demanda e colaboração nas cadeias de suprimentos continuam a ser um tópico de interesse para as organizações que enfrentam desafios para lidar com a incerteza da oferta e demanda. Em particular este trabalho busca pelas lacunas de pesquisa sobre gestão da demanda e colaboração na cadeia de suprimentos de diversos segmentos industriais. Nesta investigação seguiu-se os estágios da meta-análise para desenvolver uma Revisão Sistemática da Literatura, e na sequência é realizado o levantamento e análise bibliométrica para esclarecer o que se tem feito para os setores das indústrias no geral. Os resultados mostram as publicações da última década (2009-2018), os principais autores, afiliações, territórios, documentos utilizados e as áreas em que as pesquisas estão sendo realizadas. A contribuição está na constatação de que os segmentos sucroenergético e de construção civil, não possuírem publicações sobre gestão da demanda e colaboração na SC. De modo que carecem de pesquisas científicas futuras para corroborar com o desenvolvimento dos processos chave de negócios das organizações desses segmentos identificados com maior necessidade de aprimoramento.
