Poetic traveling and poetic geographies in Viajo porque preciso, volto porque te amo

This article results from the thinking about the poetics involved in the construction of geographic space within the con-text of Viajo Porque Preciso, Volto Porque Te Amo’s (Marcelo Gomes e Karim Aïnouz, 2009) protagonist travelling in the Northeast area of Brazil. Central to this paper is the notion of “poetics” which takes form and assumes a key role within the context of the imagectic and narrative construction’s of both filmic space and the collective imagination related to real and representational space.
