Rentabilidade, performance e os impactos da filosofia Lean na eficiência empresarial

Este trabalho apresenta uma análise bibliométrica focada no impacto do Lean Manufacturing na rentabilidade e no desempenho das empresas, com base em publicações indexadas nas bases Scopus e Web of Science. Foram aplicadas ferramentas estatísticas que permitiram mapear a evolução das pesquisas e identificar os principais temas abordados na literatura. Os resultados evidenciam um crescimento significativo nas publicações sobre o tema e destacam fatores como liderança, cultura organizacional e alinhamento estratégico como elementos cruciais para o sucesso da metodologia Lean. A pesquisa fornece insights valiosos sobre a influência do Lean na eficiência empresarial, ressaltando a necessidade de abordagens personalizadas para sua efetiva implementação.
