Este trabajo presenta un análisis bibliométrico enfocado en el impacto del Lean Manufacturing en la rentabilidad y el desempeño de las empresas, basado en publicaciones indexadas en las bases de datos Scopus y Web of Science. Se aplicaron herramientas estadísticas que permitieron mapear la evolución de las investigaciones e identificar los principales temas abordados en la literatura. Los resultados evidencian un crecimiento significativo en las publicaciones sobre el tema y destacan factores como el liderazgo, la cultura organizacional y la alineación estratégica como elementos cruciales para el éxito de la metodología Lean. La investigación proporciona información valiosa sobre la influencia del Lean en la eficiencia empresarial, resaltando la necesidad de enfoques personalizados para su implementación efectiva.
