O IMPACTO DO TRANSTORNO DE DÉFICIT DE ATENÇÃO E HIPERATIVIDADE EM UMA EMPRESA DE TRANSPORTE URBANO
Abstract
O trabalho aborda a temática do transtorno de déficit de atenção e hiperatividade (TDAH) que foi identificado sua presença em uma organização pesquisada, onde se explica as características do problema e como isso influencia a vida dos portadores, procurando-se avaliar a sua interferência diretamente no desempenho da empresa em que trabalham. Apresenta-se a importância do fator humano e como suas características e necessidades são gerenciadas e abordadas, destacando grande relevância em seu papel nas organizações e os resultados de excelência que se podem obter.
