ANÁLISE DE PROGRAMAÇÕES E SEQUENCIAMENTOS DA PRODUÇÃO A PARTIR DE SIMULAÇÕES NO SOFTWARE PREACTOR AS EXPRESS 2016® EM UMA EMPRESA DE EMBALAGENS
Abstract
A programação e sequenciamento da produção são atividades essenciais para a competitividade das empresas. Nesta perspectiva, o objetivo do presente trabalho foi utilizar o software Preactor AS Express 2016® para realizar simulações de sequenciamentos da programação da produção a fim de encontrar um método mais eficiente e ágil. Além disso, identificar possíveis causas dos atrasos de entregas. Dessa forma, a metodologia utilizada foi um estudo de caso, no qual os dados foram obtidos através de coleta e análise documental no período de 01/01/2019 a 28/02/2019. Logo, observou-se que o sequenciamento para trás, especificamente: por ordem do arquivo, apresentou o melhor resultado tanto nas situações reais da empresa como nas propostas de melhorias, pois reduziu o atraso das ordens de produção. E, a partir das análises, ocorreu uma redução significativa no erro de programação da produção. Por fim, diante dos resultados das simulações, recomenda-se para a empresa a utilização do sequenciamento para trás por ordem do arquivo.
