Des approches musicales omniprésentes de la deuxième vague pour partager les connaissances

Résumé

Cet article décrit les environnements musicaux omniprésents (ubimus) qui favorisent la création de connaissances et l'échange de ressources. Les conceptions proposées abordent le soutien à la production de connaissances en tenant compte du caractère incorporé et incorporé de l'activité musicale et des aspects communautaires d'engagements mutuels importants. Le premier cas concerne la mise en œuvre du système jam2jam dans des environnements éducatifs formels et informels, mettant l'accent sur le rôle de l'écoute comme stratégie de génération de connaissances. Le deuxième exemple se concentre sur la conception d’une métaphore créativité-action qui utilise les signaux sonores environnementaux pour prendre des décisions esthétiques : l’étiquette temporelle. Nous plaçons le problème de l'échange de connaissances dans le contexte des approches théoriques actuelles de la créativité. Les résultats indiquent que les activités musicales créatives peuvent impliquer l'utilisation de signaux environnementaux et d'intenses interactions sociales. Ces aspects doivent être pris en compte lors de la conception de technologies destinées à soutenir l’action créative.

Son dernier livre co-édité est Ubiquitous Music Ecologies (Routledge).
